Refund and Returns Policy

When you place an order through Filtdoprime, you automatically agree to the terms stated below. These guidelines are put in place to guarantee transparency and fairness in our refund and return procedures for all orders within the United States.

Return Privileges

Customers are entitled to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, provided that the following criteria are met:
  • The item must remain in its original condition, unused, and in a state suitable for reselling.
  • It should include all original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is necessary.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process:
  • Reach out to us at support@filtdoprime.com within 30 days of receiving your order to inform us of your return request.
  • If approved, we will provide:
    • A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
    • Detailed instructions on how and where to send back your item.
Note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Handling Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please take the following steps:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@filtdoprime.com.
  • Include in your email:
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as the packaging.
We will then arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on the specific circumstances.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted for the following reasons:
  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product or size was delivered.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the refund status. If approved:

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items that are not in their original condition or have been damaged due to misuse.

Restocking Fee

We do not impose any restocking fees on any returns.

Cancellation Rights
